TAS is proud to demonstrate its commitment to quality for the design, manufacture, distribution and service of modular chilling plants from its U.S. manufacturing operations center of excellence, located in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. This commitment extends to the continual improvement of quality and products to assure that our customer's expectations are met. The TAS Quality Management System is certified to the ISO 9001 Standard. TAS has fully implemented the ISO standards throughout its business processes such that our customers' requirements are met through our sales, proposal, engineering & design, project management, purchasing, manufacturing and aftermarket service processes. This commitment to quality assurance allows TAS to produce the high quality products and engineered solutions that meet our customers' needs while continuing to develop new products and solutions to satisfy future expectations. TAS has committed to a continuous improvement process utilizing the structure that the ISO 9001 certification provides.

Some Specific functions of the TAS Quality Management System are:


  • Foundations in Process Control with measures of process performance
  • Verification that materials required from project planning through final assembly provides the required quality of form and function based on the design and specifications.
  • Customer focus from first concept to the end of the product cycle, this provides the value our customers demand
  • Provides for the traceability of product from project inception through after-market service. Engineering and design data tracking, as well as post delivery information tracking is provided for design and production improvement opportunities and challenges, while customer and supplier communication, both internal and external, provide for increased customer satisfaction.
